Eligibility for being YP
a. The eligibility criteria for an individual to apply for YP will be as follow: • Master's Degree in relevant subject or BE/B.Tech or 2 Years PG Diploma in Management or LLB or possessing any Professional Degree earned after a study of 4 years or more acquired after 10+2. • These degrees must be obtained from the topmost listed institutions of NIRF ranking for 2019, 20, 21. • Individuals having requisite educational qualification with work experience in the development sector will also be eligible. However, the experience should not exceed 2 years in total, • Individual should not be more than 30 years of age as on 01/01/2022.
b. Compensation, allowances and entitlements for YPs:
Details Compensation (INR)
Monthly basic salary (Consolidated) 40,000 per month
Monthly communication allowance 5,000 per month
Incremental award 5000 for each year of relevant experience
Apart from monthly remuneration, other entitlements would be same as PBSSD, Establishment
contractual staff.
